Bladder infection

Also, taking anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen or aspirin is also known to bring relief to the people. This reduces the inflammation and also lessens the burning sensations in the body.

Cranberry juice is one of the most common remedy for urinary infection. It has shown to have positive results. Cranberry juice results in the formation of hippuric acid in the urine and this makes it acidic thereby stopping the bacteria from being in the bladder. If you are unable to drink cranberry juice you can take it in the form of capsules that is available in most of the medical stores. This needs to be taken with a lot of water.

It is also required that vitamin C be taken in order to clear the bladder infection. Consuming vitamin C will acidify the urine and this will halt further bacterial growth. This is good if you suffer from recurring medical problems.

It is also required that you drink a lot of water at the time of treatment. Most people get cured simply by drinking a lot of water that flushes out all the toxins from the bladder.

It is important that the vaginal areas be kept dry and clean. Use of nylon underwear, tight jeans and wet swimsuits are also some of the causes of urinary infections.

It is best to avoid sexual discourse till the symptoms have gone away as this can aggravate the situation.

You can take hot baths to get relief from the inflammation caused by the bladder infection.

Also you must limit the intake of caffeine, sodas and alcohol to keep the condition under control.
